Return Policy
Return Eligibility:
- You can return a product if it is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered.
- Images or unboxing videos shall be asked as evidence by the execution team.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Call customer care to request a return.
- We will connect you with our service team specialist who will examine the cause of return.
- In case of damages, defects or differences, please share the images or unboxing video with the team, per the request.
- Return requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the product.
- Cancellation Before Shipment: Full refund if you cancel before the product is shipped.
- Out of Stock: Full refund if the product is out of stock but billed.
- Wrong Product Received: Replacement if you receive a different product.
- Dead/Defective on Arrival: Replacement if the product is defective or damaged.
- Products you no longer need.
- Used products/products tampered.
- Issues related to subjective aspects like performance or color shade.
- Packaging issues not affecting the product.
- Requests outside the return window.
- Non-defective products on arrival.
- Raise a return request via phone or email. Our customer care team is available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- An authorized representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to assess the issue.
- If repairable, the issue will be fixed. New parts will be provided at no extra cost if needed.
- We will arrange for a pick-up within 3-5 working days. Three pick-up attempts will be made.
- If the item is not picked up after three attempts, the request will be considered complete. You can then raise a new request if eligible.
