Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3 working days once approved. The amount should appear in your bank account within 7-10 working days, though this may vary depending on your bank.
- Refund Method: If you paid with UPI, a credit/debit card, or net banking, the refund will go back to the same account used for the original purchase.
Return Conditions:

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in their original packaging. This includes original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, invoices, accessories, and any freebies or original boxes.

Return Processing: The product must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Missing items, wrong order, damaged & defective item or excess charges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Missing Items: If any parts or accessories (like jars or lids) are missing, we will investigate with our logistics partner. If it’s confirmed that the items were not included, we will either send the missing parts to you or refund their cost based on the market price.
